The Automatic Weather Station (AWS) is a self-sustained, microcontroller-based environmental monitoring solution designed for accurate and reliable measurement of key meteorological parameters. It captures temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, rainfall, barometric pressure, and solar radiation, offering a comprehensive weather data profile suitable for research, forecasting, and operational planning.

Equipped with GPRS connectivity, the station ensures real-time remote access to data, with long-term onboard storage (4 GB) and configurable logging intervals. Its outdoor-friendly design includes an IP65-rated cabinet, a sturdy 3-meter aluminum tripod stand, and a 12V/40W solar panel with SLA battery backup, enabling continuous, maintenance-free operation in demanding environments.
